Job Title: Client Experience & Social Media Executive

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00pm – 12:00am

Experience: At least 1 year in the digital marketing industry

At Halogix, a leader in digital marketing services, we are expanding our team to include a dedicated Client Experience & Social Media Executive to propel our brand’s influence across the US, UK, and Pakistani markets. Our mission is to expand our reach while ensuring unparalleled client engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Oversee the creation and publication of relevant, original, high-quality content on our social platforms and for client accounts.
  • Assist with the creation of graphics, visual content, and multimedia projects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Design teams to ensure brand consistency across all client accounts.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network and enhance client visibility.
  • Train and supervise other social media team members to ensure a cohesive and professional social media presence for both Halogix and our clients.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner and track customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Analyze and report on social media activity, engagement metrics, and campaign results, proposing actionable strategies based on findings.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or Client Experience Executive, including direct experience managing client social media accounts.
  • Adept in managing and navigating all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
