Job Title: Business Development Executive

At Halogix, a leader in digital marketing services, we are expanding our team to include a dedicated Business Development Executive to drive our growth across the US, UK and Pakistani market. Our goal is to enhance our outreach and ensure the highest level of client acquisition and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing relationships.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to discuss their service needs, utilizing contacts from existing clients as potential leads.
- Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client services.
- Report on sales activities to senior management, providing accurate revenue forecasts and sales data.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales role within an agency setting, with a track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of MS Office, CRM software, and sales performance metrics.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
